This is a kingdom that rejects GNP (Gross National Product) and instead measures its people's success using the idea of GNH (Gross National Happiness). Formerly a monarchy, Bhutan became a Constitutional Monarchy in 2008.

The Confederation of Switzerland

Unlike the other countries of the world, Switzerland does not have one Head of State. Instead, Switzerland recognizes a Federal Council (made up of seven individuals and a Chancellor) as a collective "Head of State." There is a President of Switzerland (elected for a one-year term), but are no more important that anyone else on the Council.
